1. No Affiliation with UPSC

UPSCCMS.in is an independent educational platform designed to support aspirants of the UPSC Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

2. No Guarantee

Our platform provides resources, practice questions, and study guidance to assist in CMS Exam preparation. However, success in the examination depends solely on individual effort. We make no guarantees of passing or achieving specific outcomes.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate details during registration.
  • Comply with applicable laws in India.

We reserve the right to restrict access if eligibility conditions are not met.

4. Accounts and Security

  • Account Creation: Certain features require registration. Provide accurate information during signup.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • Misuse: Notify us at ilahitechnology@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use UPSCCMS.in only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Copy or distribute content without permission.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access data.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription, processed securely via Razorpay India.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • Prices may change with prior notice, applying from the next renewal.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

  • No Cancellations: Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We encourage users to carefully review the subscription details before making a purchase.
  • No Refunds: All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. This includes cases where the user decides not to use the service after subscribing.
  • Trial Period: If available, users are encouraged to utilize any free trials or demo versions to evaluate the service before subscribing.
  • Exceptional Cases: Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors directly caused by our platform. Such cases will be reviewed at our sole discretion, and the decision will be final.
  • Compliance with Law: These terms comply with applicable laws in India. Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Puducherry, India.

By proceeding with a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on UPSCCMS.in (MCQs, materials, design, software, logos) belongs to Ilahi Technologies or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal exam preparation only. Unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may share feedback or responses ("User Content"). By submitting, you grant Ilahi Technologies permission to use it for service improvement. Content must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free content. UPSCCMS.in is not responsible for exam results, career outcomes, or technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, Ilahi Technologies shall not be liable for damages arising from use of our Services, including exam performance, data loss, or third-party actions. Liability, if any, is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ilahi Technologies harmless against claims or damages arising from your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • Your Right: You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
  • Our Right: We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, or security concerns.
  • After Termination: Access to Services ends and related data may be deleted as per our Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical outages).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Puducherry.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. The latest version will always be available at www.upsccms.in. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
